The exterior of Hilly Flores — at Hill and Flores, get it? — would never lead you to expect the well-dressed cuisine offered inside.
The short menu ranges from sandwiches and salads to stews and pasta dishes.
We could not order the Caesar with dressing on the side and, after one bite, we're glad the kitchen didn't give way on this one. The salad was judiciously dressed, with no excess and no leaves left untouched. It may not have been low-calorie, but it was full throttle in terms of flavor with plenty of pungent garlic and lemon juice. Click here for entire review.
