His mother Lucille Karagas was involved in the opening and the developing of the restaurant. Lucille is 1st generation of Greek descent, her mother Victoria Eugenides was known for her excellent cooking and baking in the small town of Brussa.  Yia yia Eugenides receipes continue to delight our guests today.
